Shipping , Exchange and Returns

Shipping

Local shipping in Singapore are fulfiled by the following couriers.

Express International Shipping are fulfilled by FedEx Express which are usually 1-7 days max depending on your location.

Standard International Shipping are fulfilled by Speedpost which are handled by your country's postal agency.

VAT / Tax / Custom Duty

All taxes/vat/custom duties are not bore by us hence do check with your local customs regulations.

We will charge a return fee if you do not wish to accept the goods due to high VAT/TAX duties upon arrival of your items.

Exchanges

Sale items are strictly not exchangeable.

All exchanges must be done within 7 days upon the receipt of successful delivery.

Items must be in original/unused/uninstalled/unworn condition.

The following items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene concern.

We have the sole discretion to reject any items should they be missing any original packaging or are damaged.

We will not refund nor cover any shipping fee.

Returns

Sale items are strictly not returnable.

All returns subjected to approval and must be done within 7 days upon the receipt of successful delivery once approved.

The original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded.

An admin fee of 7% will be imposed for all online orders and of those that were paid via credit card, grab and atome.

The following items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene concern.

Items returned must be in original/unused/uninstalled/unworn condition.

We have the sole discretion to reject any returns should they be missing any original packaging or are damaged.

Insuring the returned items for their actual value should be considered as we will not issue a refund if the returned item is damaged or lost.

Do allow 3-7 working days for your refund to show up in your credit card bank statement.
