Ritchey Outback 50th Anniversary Frameset
Tom Ritchey is no stranger to adventure, riding about 10,000 miles (16,000 km) per year on his off-road journeys. With over 50 years of designing and building bicycles under his belt, his Outback has become a true icon in the gritty world of gravel and adventure bikes.
To celebrate Ritchey’s 50th anniversary and Tom’s enduring and influential spirit of off-road adventure, the 50th Anniversary Outback proudly sports a Half Moon Blue paint scheme - an amazingly beautiful light blue to deep blue fade that truly moves the soul. Additionally, this limited-edition gravel rig is adorned with special Ritchey logos that reference the company's history and the influence Palo Alto, California has had on Tom.
This bike has all the features you need to take on the road and beyond, from handy rack and fender mounts to clearance for larger tires. Don't forget the versatile all-carbon fiber Adventure Fork, with multiple mounts for all your essential supplies. So pack your bags (and your sense of humor) and get ready for some serious fun on the Outback!
The Outback is painstakingly TIG-welded with proprietary triple-butted Ritchey Logic steel tubing that now sports an updated one-piece truss design for flat mount brakes - providing as much stiffness and strength of previous mounts while significantly reducing chainstay weight.
