This 3Rensho Cyclone was built in the late 1970s when Cyclone Ltd was created by Yoshi Konno to unify his own racing frames and line clothing for racing. This was during the period where his brother, Hitoshi Konno, whose company Cherubim Cycles were churning out touring bikes. The head tube badge logo of this frameset thus is Cherubim Cycles.
This frameset has the stickers on it used back in the 1980s when they shows the date of the keirin races which this frameset was registered in. The decals of 3Rensho unlike of those in late 1980s to 1990s.
This particular model also shows the initial period where Yoshi Konno adopts the seat clamp design of the Speciale Corsa of Cinelli.

3Rensho was started by Yoshi Konno whose real name is Yoshi Miyazawa. He was the master-builder when 3Rensho started growing with 5 helpers and one of them bing current frame builder Makino. Yoshi Konno was also known as a creative innovator in the frame building industry and has built many racing pedigree frames for many cyclists including notable cyclist Koichi Nakano, Dave Grylls, Dave Harrington and Bob Mionske.
